Most likely, we haven’t read it yet. Otherwise, we have read it, but have forgotten to reply to it. If it’s worthy of a reply, send it in again.

How often do you check your mail? [insert first question here]
We check our staff email as much as possible – usually once per day.

Do you have Felicity’s email/address/telephone or mobile number?
Sorry, no, I’m not in contact with Felicity and I don’t have any contact information for her other then her official fanmail address. Even if I did have that information in my possession, I would be unable and unwilling to give it out.

Can you give Felicity a message for me?
No, sorry, we’re not in contact with Felicity and therefore any messages for her you send to us will be deleted.

Can I add stuff to the site?
Certainly, we love getting submissions! If you have media, news, information, or anything else you think should be up here, use the contact form to send it in!

Can you teach me how to make a website?
We’re happy to help our visitors out, but we’re all really, really busy and honestly don’t have the time to teach you how to make a website or use a graphics program. If you have lots of questions, please try searching the internet on your own for tutorials and help. That’s the way we learned!
